WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all of the products. Pickups are available from Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
Free Shipping
We offer free 2nd day shipping on all orders. Most orders will arrive in 2-3 days.
Also, we will ship out the same business day for most orders if the order is received by 4pm pacific. If we need to make alterations to a piece of jewelry like sizing or setting a stone order will ship out the next business day.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. We will be in touch if there are any extenuating circumstances.
