Chain Buying Guide
Chain Types
Selecting the right chain type is essential to ensure your pendant hangs perfectly and adds a touch of sophistication to your outfit. Available in White Gold, Yellow Gold, and Rose Gold, these chains offer a range of stylish options to complement your pendant's unique design. From delicate and dainty chains to bold and chunky links, there's a chain type to suit every taste and preference.
Choosing your Chain Length
Finding the perfect chain length for your necklace can be tricky, but it's important to get it right to ensure that it looks great and feels comfortable. Before you start shopping for a chain, it's a good idea to measure your neck and decide where you want your necklace to lay. You can use a cloth measuring tape or a piece of string to do this. Simply place it around your neck like a necklace and adjust it to the desired length. Then measure the string, and you'll have an idea of what chain length to look for.
For instance, if you have a tall, slender build and prefer longer necklaces, a 20" or 24" chain might be perfect. If you have a thicker neck and like your necklaces to sit closer to your face, an 18" chain could work (or 16" for an average-sized neck).
12-13" Collar length: This chain length fits snugly around the neck and is ideal for showing off statement pendants
14-16" Choker length: Just above collarbones. Emphasizes her neckline.
17-19" Princess length: Hangs over collarbones. The most common length.
20-24" Matinee length: Sits just above the bust and is ideal for adding a touch of sophistication to your outfit. It's perfect for wearing with low-cut tops and dresses.
28-34" Opera length: The opera length chain is a longer length that sits below the bust and can be worn as a single long chain or doubled up for a layered look. It's pairs well with high-necked or plunging necklines.
