When you purchase a piece of fine jewelry from the George Thompson Diamond Company we want you to feel like family with the assurance of our free lifetime jewelry warranty and free lifetime inspections. You won’t find any hidden charges for “extended warranties” here!

If any diamond falls out during the warranty period because of a defect in the manufacturing process, we will replace the diamond with a similar diamond at no charge. We will advise and instruct you about any labor or materials necessary to replace or maintain the jewelry purchased at GTDC. You are to pay for all labor and material costs for this maintenance.
After every inspection, your warranty will be effective for 6 additional months from the inspection date. If you choose not to have a repairs or maintenance done when advised, the warranty is immediately voided. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including re-tipping of prongs, re-channeling of diamonds, resizing of rings, rhodium plating jewelry, slight irregularities and variations in metal smith work, natural stone colors or inclusions. You must meet all provisions of this warranty and/or other guarantees including those recommending care and maintenance. The GTDC will not be liable for loss of use while the repair work is being conducted.
Duration of the Warranty
This warranty is for a lifetime provided that the jewelry herein listed is inspected at lease every one hundred (180) days or every year for diamond studs earrings and pendants. These inspections must be verified using this warranty card by an authorized representative of the GTDC.
CAUTION: Unauthorized repairs and/or attempts to repair this jewelry by any party besides GTDC will void this warranty. Protection only applies to the agreement holder or in the case of a gift to the original gift recipient. We reserve the right to rescind this warranty anytime.
Thirty (30) Day Diamond Lowest Price Money Back Guarantee
If within thirty (30) days of purchase and delivery of the merchandise purchased from the George Thompson Diamond Company, the agreement holder claims that the same merchandise can be purchased from a competitor jeweler, catalogue, or electronic ordering service e.g. Internet at a lower price, then the George Thompson Diamond Company (GTDC) will at its sole cost and expense, including packing, shipping, insurance, etc., have the competitor’s jewelry sent to a recognized third party independent Gemological Laboratory to appraise both the jewelry purchased from GTDC and the jewelry of the competitor.
